?Pricing questions
Ask before you top up.
Do spirit stones expire?
No. Spirit stones stay in your wallet until you use them. They have no expiry date and don't reset monthly.
When are spirit stones deducted?
Only when a scene is sent to render, 5 spirit stones per scene. A trending video costs 20 spirit stones per run, regardless of length. You always see the amount before you click. Writing scripts, creating character images and stitching episodes are free.
What if a scene fails?
Scenes that fail because of the system are refunded automatically. You only pay for scenes that render successfully.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer with a VietQR code. The system reconciles payments automatically and adds spirit stones within a few minutes, no receipt needed.
I transferred money but don't see my spirit stones?
Check that the amount and the transfer note match the code on screen. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, email contact@lin.vn with your transfer code and we'll add them manually.
How long are videos kept?
Stitched videos are kept for 3 days so you can download them. Deleting files never affects the spirit stones in your wallet.
