Terms of Service

aigens is an AI video creation tool: from your idea or script, the system writes a script split into scenes, draws the characters, renders each scene with voiceover and stitches them into an episode; it also offers trending videos (putting your character into a short video). The service may change, and features may be added or removed over time.

• You log in with a Google account and must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your API keys. Keep API keys secret; if a key leaks, revoke it in the studio right away.
• Don't share, buy or sell accounts, and don't use automated tools to get around limits or use the service in ways that aren't allowed.

• Spirit stones are a prepaid unit for using the service, topped up in packages by bank transfer. Spirit stones never expire.
• Spirit stones are only deducted when you send a scene to render or run a trending video. The amount is always shown before you click. Writing scripts, creating character images and stitching episodes cost no spirit stones.
• Jobs that fail because of the system, or are rejected because of their content, are refunded automatically.
• Prices may change; new prices only apply to submissions made after the change.
• Spirit stones can't be exchanged back for money or moved to another account, unless the law requires otherwise or we stop providing the service.

You may not use aigens to create or upload content that:

• Violates Vietnamese law, or incites violence, hatred or discrimination.
• Is pornographic or obscene, or contains any sexual imagery involving children.
• Impersonates real people: using someone else's image, voice or identity without their consent, or making videos that viewers would take as real in order to defraud or defame.
• Infringes other people's copyright, trademarks or privacy.
• Is fake news, a scam or malware.

For trending videos, you must have the right to use the source video and character image you upload. We may block or remove violating content and lock violating accounts without refunding the spirit stones spent on that content.

• Content you upload remains yours (or belongs to whoever allowed you to use it).
• You allow aigens to store, process and send that content to AI service providers, only as far as needed to create videos for you and run the service.
• You may use the videos you create, including for commercial purposes, as long as you follow the Allowed content section and respect third-party rights. AI-generated results may resemble other users' results; we don't guarantee exclusivity.
• We only use your episodes as public examples (like the example episodes) with your consent.

Stitched videos are kept for 3 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically. aigens is not long-term storage; download your videos within this period. For details about data, see the Privacy Policy.

• The service is provided as is. AI-generated results may not match what you wanted, may get details wrong or may differ between runs. Review them yourself before publishing or using them.
• The service may be briefly interrupted for maintenance, or because of incidents at infrastructure and AI providers. Jobs in progress at that time are retried automatically or refunded.
• In any case, our liability does not exceed the amount you topped up in the 3 months before the incident.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and how you use the videos you create.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we stop providing the service, we will give notice in advance and handle any remaining spirit stones reasonably.

When these terms change, we update the effective date at the top of the page; important changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are preferably resolved through negotiation; if that fails, they are brought before the competent authorities in Vietnam.
