Privacy Policy

We only collect what is needed for you to use the service:

• Account information: the email address and display name from your Google account when you log in. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Content you create or upload: ideas, scripts, prompts, voiceover text, character names and descriptions, character images you upload, source videos or video links you send for trending videos, and the images, voiceovers and videos the system creates from that content.
• Transactions: your spirit stone top-up and usage history, transfer codes, amounts, times and the reconciliation details sent by the bank. We never receive card details or bank passwords.
• API keys: if you create an API key, we only store a hash of the key (never the key itself) to authenticate calls, along with when it was last used.
• Technical data: the login session cookie, a cookie that remembers the language you chose, your theme choice stored in the browser, and the technical logs needed to run the service, prevent abuse and fix errors.

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking tools on the site.

• To create scripts, character images, video scenes and voiceovers, and stitch them into episodes as you request.
• To calculate and deduct spirit stones, reconcile transfers and refund spirit stones when a job fails.
• To keep the service safe: detecting abuse, blocking prohibited content and handling incidents.
• To help you when you contact us, and to tell you about important changes to the service.

We don't sell your data. It is only passed to the following parties, and only as far as needed for them to do their job:

• AI service providers: the content to be processed (ideas, prompts, voiceover text, character images, source videos) is sent to AI model providers to create scripts, images, videos and voiceovers. These providers process it under their own terms and policies.
• Infrastructure providers: database, file storage and content delivery, with servers in the Asia–Pacific region.
• Google: to authenticate you when you log in with your Google account.
• Banks and transfer reconciliation services: to confirm spirit stone top-ups.
• Competent government authorities: when required by law.

• Stitched videos are kept for 3 days so you can download them, then deleted from storage automatically.
• Scenes of episodes that haven't been stitched are kept for 7 days.
• When you delete an episode or project, the related video and image files are removed from storage shortly afterwards.
• Account information, scripts, character descriptions and spirit stone history are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
• Transaction history may be kept longer, for as long as accounting and tax laws require, even after the account has been deleted.

Connections to aigens are encrypted. Each account can only read its own data; on the operations side, access to data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. Video viewing links expire.

No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects personal data, we will notify the affected users and the competent authorities as required by regulations.

Under Vietnam's personal data protection regulations, you have the right to:

• Know which of your data is being processed and for what purpose.
• View, download and ask us to correct your data.
• Delete episodes, projects, character images and videos right in the studio.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your account and its data.
• File a complaint if you believe your data has been handled incorrectly.

To exercise these rights, email contact@lin.vn from your account's email address. We will reply within a reasonable time.

The service is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children under this age.

When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of the page. For important changes, we will announce them on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. See also the Terms of Service.
