Keeping characters' faces the same across episodes
Why a project keeps each character's original image, and how to write descriptions that give stable images.
The fastest way to ruin a multi-episode video is a character with a different face in every episode. aigens solves this with the project's character library: each character has one reference image that you approved, and every episode using that character takes exactly that image.
One key, one look
Each character has a key, for example ong_tu. A key belongs to exactly one look. If the same person wears a completely different outfit, create a new key, for example ong_tu_ao_dai, instead of editing the old key's description.
Writing descriptions for stable images
- Give at least two facial features: beard, hair, skin tone, age.
- Describe one specific outfit, with colors.
- Add one signature item: a conical hat, a necklace, an apron.
- Avoid describing actions. Actions belong in the scene prompt.
When you edit a description, the current image is marked as outdated. Once you regenerate and approve it, episodes that haven't rendered pick up the new image automatically; episodes already rendered keep the old image until you decide to redo them.
Try it now with an idea of your own. Writing scripts and creating character images costs no spirit stones.
